Yes! Most of our chargers and wireless devices are universally compatible with popular smartphone brands, including Apple, Samsung, Google, Huawei, and more. Please check the product description for specific compatibility details.

Q3: Do your power banks and chargers have warranty coverage?
Yes, all SparkX products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item arrives damaged or stops working under normal use, contact us at sparkx1@gmail.com and we’ll assist you with a replacement or solution.


📦 Orders & Shipping

Q4: How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is on its way.

Q5: What are your shipping times?
We ship worldwide!

  • United States & Canada: 7–12 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, customs, and courier delays.

Q6: Do you provide tracking information?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey in real time.

Yes, SparkX proudly ships to customers all around the world.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q10: What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
We’re sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sparkxstore1@gmail.com with photos or details of the issue. We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Q11: Do you accept returns if I change my mind?
We accept returns for unused and unopened items within a limited time frame after delivery. For detailed conditions, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page or email our support team.

Q12: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, you can request a cancellation or modification by emailing us immediately. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed.

Q13: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible at sparkxstore1@gmail.com. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we can update the address. Unfortunately, once the package has shipped, we’re unable to modify the delivery address.
